Accounts Payable and HR Specialist (Part-time)

Maxus Capital Group is seeking a part-time motivated professional to join our team as an Account Payable and Human Resource Specialist. This candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our organization, providing comprehensive support to our management team.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Processing payments and documents such as invoices and employee reimbursements
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
- Provide administrative and clerical support by processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Assist controller in general ledger maintenance and chart of accounts
- Assist controller in month-end closing activities
- Assist controller in coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
- Perform administrative human resource duties
- Administer company benefit programs, coordinate with outside venders and communicate with employees
- Assist management in coordinating and administrating HR responsibilities
- Assist upper management with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis
Experience:
- At least 3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications:
- Strong Plus, HR corporate experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Plus, Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
- Strong Plus, knowledge and experience in software conversion from Great Plains to Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and handle highly confidential information with integrity
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
