Financial Services Relationship Manager / Account Officer

Maxus is looking for a full-time relationship manager / account officer in Cleveland, OH. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and pursue new business opportunities. Assist portfolio and risk management with in-depth analysis of client’s business and industries.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Analyze each client’s business needs and develop plans to recommend optimal solutions
• Pursue new business opportunities for Maxus
• Prepare and submit credit and documentation information requests as needed
• Maintain a high level of service to both internal and external customers
• Document clear and concise business / functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Learn and maintain clear understanding of Maxus’ products and services
• Handle other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• BS required – finance, business, accounting, economics or related field Experience
• 2-4 years of related experience – relationship management / account manager
• Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
