As the office manager, you will serve as the first impression for our Corporate Headquarters. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our organization, providing comprehensive support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Responsibilities:
• Greet office visitors, such as clients, customers, and guests.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail.
• Oversee facility maintenance and services, including security, parking, cleaning, IT and general improvements to the building.
• Manage office supplies inventory, including restocking and procurement.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail appropriately.
• Reconcile, review and process company expense reports.
• Prepare, proofread, and format various documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate company meetings and team events, including room booking, catering, etc.
• Provide administrative and clerical support by processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
Required:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience:
• 2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Ability to exercise discretion and handle highly confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Proficiency in Edoc and Aspire a Plus
